[ ♦ ] тħıš is not how it was supposed to be. Leafpool wasn't supposed to stay with Crowfeather! Both she and him were supposed to return to their respective clans, causing Squirrelflight to lie about her sister's kits being her own. It's the only reason she never really had kits with Brambleclaw, as she'd known for as long as Leafpool had known. This would cause for only Jayfeather and Lionblaze to be part of the three, with Dovewing as the third. Yet now Leafpool and her litter are not with the clans, and are somewhere else with her mate. And Squirrelflight has a litter of her own.
Now there are seven descendants of Firestar; seven kin of his kin, and everyone is confused. Fate has been torn, severed beyond repair; it was never supposed to go this way. The destinies of these cats that were planned long before their birth have been toyed with by someone. Who and how they were able to dosuch a thing remains a mystery, but one thing remains clear: Leafpool's kits seem to be slowly gaining the memories and thoughts of cats who were supposed to be, and some of Squirrelflight's kits have been starting to forget things, like who they are and where they live. All things that were supposed to be are not, and now fate and destiny is nothing but в я ø κ e и.
[ ♦ ] ħøøяαч for Warrior's Fan-fiction! o3o This is one of many Warriors fan-fictions I've written, though some would be more classified as original stories that use cats, occasionally clans as well. Yep. Pretty much. xD I also have this posted on the forums, so you know, if of you guys wanna check it out~ xD So yeah. I got this idea before school ended last year but I only started writing it about a month ago. So you know. Yayy.

Only key characters will be listed here.
Breeze -- A jet black she-cat with bushy fur. Her siblings are Ash and Blaze, and Leaf and Crow are her parents. It is implied that, before fate was changed, she was Hollyleaf.
Ash -- a blind, blue-eyed gray tabby tom. His siblings are Breeze and Blaze, and Leaf and Crow are his parents. It is implied that, before fate was changed, he was Jayfeather.
Blaze -- golden tabby tom with amber eyes. His siblings are Breeze and Ash, and Leaf and Crow are his parents. It is implied that, before fate was changed, he was Lionblaze.
Leaf -- a pale brown she-cat with a white chest and paws. It it easily determined that she is Leafpool.
Spottedleaf -- tortoiseshell she-cat

Heavy, thick mist veiled the forest. Everything was obscured from vision; it was like trying to see through stone. While it was warm and humid, the water droplets in the mist were cold, making it seem like a chilly newleaf day. It was nearly impossible to navigate, because all the mist washed away the scents.
A dark shape flitted from place to place in the mist. It seemed to know where all the obstacles were, as if it were not at all affected by the heavy fog. What it was wasn’t certain, as without clear vision it could’ve been a cat, a small dog, a small fox, or possibly even a bear cub. However, it moved with nimble motions and a swiftness that only a cat could manage. A dog or fox possibly could, as well, but never one that small in size, as they’d be far too young to.
The shape disappeared into a dark gap in the mist that looked like a mouth: a cave. It was chilly and cold in here, though the dark shape in the mist was now identifiable. It was indeed a cat, though it was an odd one. Their obsidian black pelt was a pelt—more or less. It was more like the cat was made of rock smooth rock, as they looked like nothing more than a cracked, broken statue. But they did have fur, however it was not visible for some odd reason. And other than eyes, they lacked any facial features whatsoever, as if their head was just a cracked stone sphere.
The cats eyes, which lacked any pupils, were a ruby red color and pulsating, growing brighter and dimmer at a steady pace. They padded through the cave, their paw steps echoing around the stone cavern. It seemed to go on forever, and with each tail-length further they went it grew darker until the only thing visible were the cats glowing red eyes. Finally they stopped, and they closed their eyes for the first time, and there was nothing that could be seen. But when they opened them again, a fluorescent red light washed over the cavern, and stayed. At the very back of the wall laid a marble white figure—another cat like this one, with the same sort of fur, only white. Their blue eyes also lacked pupils, but they were a dull, almost gray color, and weren’t glowing.
At the base of this cats neck were two black circles, almost like black voids. It was a wound, no doubt, but there was no blood spilling anywhere around the cat. It was evident this other strange cat was dead, but the other black one didn’t seem to be bothered by it. In fact, they walked right up the them, and a wicked laugh resonated around the cavern.
“Why hello there, dear sister,” he mewed. His voice was odd, like it was more a telepathic thought that was received by everyone and everything than a spoken sentence. It echoed and rang on, until it was no more than what sounded like a faint mewl. “Nice to see you again.” He laughed, but it was cold and joyless.
Then, he raised his paw and unsheathed his claws, revealing large, unnaturally looking claws that seemed to be made of ivory. He put one at the base of the other cats chin and very slowly drew it across the dead cat’s body. No blood spilled out; in fact, the cat seemed to lack any insides except for the fact that she had bones. The other cat wasn’t bothered by it, and he just clucked his tongue in a disapproving manner, as he made the wound wider.
“Oh dear sister,” he mewed distastefully. “So protective of her story. A little selfish, even.” He sighed. “It was supposed to be our collaboration, we were supposed to work together. But no, you kept them all to yourself! And when you were done, you wanted to make sure they could never be changed, so you went as far as hiding away in a cave and killing yourself.” He shook his head sadly as he then used his paws to slowly rend the cats pelt until its skeleton was showing. “It took centuries to find you! But, now I have. And your precious little story won’t be solely yours anymore, dear sister.”
He carefully picked up each bone and inspected it closely. Each had something—a continuous story, it seemed—inscribed on it. For hours on end, he read each bone attentively, until, at last, he found what he was looking for.
“Ah, yes,” he mused as he studied the bone. “Here we are.”
It was a rib bone, and on it was something important. This was near the end of the story, but it was a key point, and would affect everything else that followed it.
“Happy endings,” he growled. “I hate happy endings.” With that, he took his claw and scratched a line across the bone. Instead of it and the inscription staying there, it all disappeared. And with his claw, he began inscribing something new, something to give the story a more appeal to his taste, something without an exactly happy ending.
A that same wicked laugh echoed around the cavern. Time to write a story.
[ ♦ ] ¢ħαρтeя 1Breeze's POV
“Hurry up, Ash!” I complained, grunting. “You’re going as slow as a snail!” I tried to nudge him forward, but I was much smaller than him, so I only stumbled into him.
My brother’s gray tabby fur bristled as he stopped altogether and turned around quickly. He didn’t necessarily whirl around, but I’d been standing so close to him he knocked me over.
“Quit it, Breeze!” he spat. “I’m tired of your constant nagging, telling me to ‘Go faster, Ash!’ and ‘Your moving like an old mouse!’” He made a bad, mocking imitation of my voice when he said what I’d been openly implying the entire trip. I hissed at him, my neck fur standing on end. I looked him in the eyes, and behind the cloudiness of his blue eyes was a piercing rage.
“Maybe if I had the advantage of sight I’d be able to go faster!” he went on, hissing at me. “Or do you expect me to run as fast as the wind, when, unlike you, I can’t see a thing?”
“Oh come on!” I snapped back. “I just meant go a little faster because we were falling behind! You overreact to everything, Ash! It’s so annoying!”
Even though he couldn’t see me, he still seemed know I was staring daggers at him and he growled, his neck fur raised.
“What’s annoying is you two bickering constantly,” Blaze, our other brother, mewed. He sounded pretty fed-up and annoyed.
“Oh, sorry,” Ash mewed in a mocking voice. “It’s not me. I think Breeze just like to hear the sound of her own voice.”
“Shut up!” I yelled, glaring at him. “Just shut up already!”
“Yes, please,” our mother mewed. She sounded tired and worn out, probably because we’d been walking since sunrise, and it was sunset now, with the added factor that she had to put up with our constantly bickering. A little while ago she would’ve scolded us, but now the pale brown tabby just didn’t have the energy.
“Why don’t we stop here to rest, Leaf,” my father suggested. “You sound exhausted.”
“Alright then, Crow,” Leaf replied. I hadn’t noticed before, but I suddenly realized how much my paws my paws were aching, and I felt like collapsing on the spot. So I did.
Ash and Blaze were acted more civilized and actually laid down, and we huddled closer to each other for warmth, as it was only early newleaf and the night chilled us to the bone. At one point I accidentally kicked Ash and he snapped at me, but our father cut in and we shut up.
When I finally slipped into sleep’s grasp, I had some strange dreams.
First, I was in some sort of stone hollow filled with a bunch of cats. I was talking with a gray she-cat I didn’t know, who I kept calling “Cinderpaw.” She kept calling me “Hollypaw.” Ash was walking around with our mother, though they kept addressing each other as “Leafpool” and “Jaypaw.” Then Blaze came in, walking with ginger she-cat I also didn’t know. She called him “Lionpaw.” He called her “Mother.”
Then I was drowning, being swept away by a river. I tried to swim, but the current kept pulling me under and my fur was heavy and soaked with the water. I tried to yowl for help, but the water flooded in my mouth. At first it tasted normal, but then it tasted salty and tangy. My fur was no longer just went, but it felt sticky, and whenever I went under, all I saw was a dark scarlet. I was drowning in a river of blood.
Then the river washed me ashore, and suddenly it was only water again. My pelt sopping wet, I stood up and turned around. I was facing a tortoiseshell she-cat with stars in her pelt, who I (no surprise here) also didn't know.
“Breeze,” she mused thoughtfully. “I have been trying to get in touch with you and your siblings for some time now.”
“Who are you?” I asked tentatively. “How exactly do you know my name?”
She let out a small mrrow of laughter. “You act a little mature for your age, don’t you?”
I stood there silently, confused. I didn’t know exactly what she meant.
“Never mind,” she mewed. “Just listen, I need you to listen to me closely.”
“Why should I trust you?” I asked, my night-black fur bristling.
“Your mother knows me,” she said. I looked at her closely, and determined she wasn't lying. She continued.
“Tell your mother that I came to you and told her not to bring her where she taking you three,” she warned. The ominous tone she used made it sound extremely important. “If you do end up there, it will only end up in extreme disaster.”
I nodded vigorously, then paused. “I’m going to need to know your name to tell her what you want me to,” I pointed out.
The tortoiseshell she-cat paused, then looked me in the eyes. “Spottedleaf. Tell her it was Spottedleaf.” Then everything faded.
